What fabric do you use for your scrubs?

Sage scrubs are made only from our premium SOC+ion and LITEweave fabrics which level up the performance of our scrubs when it comes to comfort, fit and durability.

Our ON-DUTY Collection is crafted with SOC+ion fabric which is breathable, moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant, 4-way stretch, antimicrobial and super soft feels. It has Silvadur™ Antimicrobial
Technology for anti-odor which inhibits the growth of bacteria, yeast, algae and other microorganisms.

Our BASIC Collection is crafted with LITEweave fabric, which is lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking, 2-way stretch and also super soft.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

We come out with new collections and colors each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

I am in between sizes, what size do you recommend?

Please refer to our Size Guide for general measurements. If you are in between sizes for the top, we suggest you follow your chest measurement, and for the bottoms we suggest you follow your hip measurement.

Are your sizes the same for all styles?

Generally, our sizing is the same for all our products. However if you're in between sizes or your hip measurement is on the bigger end of a size, we suggest you size up for the Cheyenne Straight Pants or the Catalina Slim Jogger since these have a slim fit compared to our Amina Jogger which has a relaxed fit.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes. Sixty (60) items or thirty (30) sets and above are considered bulk orders. Please email us at sageperformancewear@gmail.com for bulk orders.

EMBROIDERY

Do you provide embroidery services?

Yes, we provide name, designation and back embroidery on all our merchandise for retail orders.

We also provide logo embroidery for bulk orders of at least 60 pieces or 30 sets.

How much is your embroidery fee?

We charge Php150.00 for name and designation embroidery, and Php200.00 for back embroidery. For logo embroidery for bulk or special orders kindly send us an email at sageperformancewear@gmail.com for a quote.

What is the lead time for embroidery?

Our standard lead time for embroidered items is 4 to 5 business days from confirmation of your order. This is in addition to our standard shipping times.

What is the maximum number of characters for name and designation embroidery?

We can embroider up to 30 characters per line including spaces.

Where are the placements of your embroideries?

For name and designation embroidery, the placement is on the left side of the chest or on the chest pocket.

For back embroidery, the placement will be centered on the upper back, about 3 to 5 inches from the neckline.

For logo embroidery, the placement is usually on the left side of the chest or on the chest pocket but we can accommodate other placements as well.

PAYMENT

What are my payment options?

1. Pay through GCash

             

At checkout you will be given the option to pay via Credit Card, GCash or Bank Deposit.  Choose GCash and complete your order. 

             

Our GCash number will be given to you once you complete your order. You will also receive an email with an order summary and our GCash number.

             

A COPY of your confirmed GCash payment must be sent to us at sageperformancewear@gmail.com within two (2) business days after completing your order. Any unpaid orders after two (2) business days will be cancelled.    

             

2. Pay through Bank Deposit

             

At checkout you will be given the option to pay via Credit Card, GCash or Bank Deposit.  Choose Bank Deposit and complete your order. 

             

Our account details in BPI, BDO and Metrobank will be given to you once you complete your order. You will also receive an email with an order summary and our bank account details.

            

A COPY of your confirmed bank deposit must be sent to us at sageperformancewear@gmail.com within two (2) business days after completing your order. Any unpaid orders after two (2) business days will be cancelled.   

            

3. Pay with Debit/Credit Card
            

            
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD cards through our integrated Paymongo checkout, which offers a secure payment transmission. You do not need to have a Paymongo account to use these debit/credit cards.

 

             

SHIPPING

How do you ship?

For Metro Manila orders, we ship thru AP Cargo. You can get your orders in 2-3 days upon confirmation of payment.

For provincial orders, we ship thru Gogo Express/ LBC. You can get your orders in 5-7 days upon confirmation of payment.

How much is your shipping fee?

Our standard shipping fee is Php 100 for Metro Manila orders, and Php 200 for provincial orders. 

For bulk orders, shipping fees will vary.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number from our courier as soon as your order is dispatched. 

Can I get my order on the same day?

Sorry, we don't have same day delivery or pick up option at the moment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Fedex. Send us an email at sageperformancewear@gmail.com and we will send you a quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns due to any manufacturing defect on unworn and unused merchandise with all tags in its original packaging, as long as we are notified via email  at sageperformancewear@gmail.com within 7 days of courier delivery receipt. We reserve the right to refuse worn and damaged merchandise.

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges on sizes and colors as long as we are notified via email at sageperformancewear@gmail.com within 7 days of courier delivery receipt. We will require you to send back the merchandise for exchange at your own cost. Our standard shipping fees shall also apply when we send the merchandise to you in your preferred size or color. 

All sales on embroidered merchandise are final and cannot be exchanged. No returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items.

STUDENT/TRAINEE DISCOUNT

Who are eligible?

This discount is applicable to students, clerks, interns, residents, and fellows.

How much discount do you offer students/trainees?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all purchases by students/trainees at Philippine institutions only.

How can students/trainees avail of the discount?

Please send us a copy of your institution ID via email at sageperformancewear@gmail.com and we will send you a promo code for 10% off on any of our products. Your institution ID and account name on our website should match to avail of the discount.

GIFT CARD

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes. You can PURCHASE A GIFT CARD online which will be delivered via email. They can be redeemed online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift Cards are final sale and are not convertible to cash.

Do Gift Cards expire?

Our Gift Cards never expire or depreciate.

Can a Gift Card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, Gift Cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a discount code or on sale items?

Yes, Gift Cards are a form of payment. You may use them with a discount code or on sale items.

Can a Gift Card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?

Just send us an email at sageperformancewear@gmail.com and we will send you your remaining Gift Card balance.

Can I use more than one Gift Card towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem multiple Gift Cards during checkout.
